Brandon Tyler Good, 27, of Pfafftown, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at his home.
Brandon was born in Onslow County, NC, to Harry Good Jr. and Crystal Mabe Good on March 13, 1998. He fought a long, hard battle with his illness but never gave up or gave in. He loved children and wanted to make sure they were cared for and loved, so he earned his master's degree in nursing, specializing in Pediatrics. Brandon cared deeply for people and always saw the best in everyone around him. If you were lucky enough to know Brandon, your life was enriched by his gentleness and kindness. He also served his community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT-Paramedic with the Sauratown Volunteer Fire Department until his illness prevented him from continuing. Brandon was loved and cherished by his family and friends.
Brandon was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Mamie “Sissy” Webster, and “Granny” Ola Throckmorton, and his grandfather, M.Sgt. Harry George Good.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Harry and Crystal Good, his sister, Ashley Good (Nikita), his Grandparents: Donna and Terry Swain, and Roy Mabe, aunts and uncles: Nancy Carpenter (Jody), and Kelly Mabe, his cousins, Elijah, Jaylon, Lauren, and Lani along with many other cousins, his best friend that was like a brother, Jonathan Williamson (Laudy), Jonathan’s parents that loved him like their own, David and Wanda Williamson, his precious fur babies: Jasper, Smokey and Josy, and many special friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Duke Children’s Hospital at https://giving.dukeschildrens.org.
