Chad Duane Middleton

Chad Duane Middleton, 58, of King, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at his home.

Mr. Middleton was born in Forsyth County, NC, to the late Enoch “Bud” Middleton and Brenda Spainhour. Chad loved his family, fishing, playing cards with his friends, and dearly loved his grandbabies.

Chad leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold him in their hearts. His wife of 33 years, Wendy Taylor Middleton; his son, Carson Middleton; daughter-in-law, Shannon; his daughter, Abby Middleton; and his brother, Rodney Middleton; and sister-in-law, Norma Kay, all mourn his loss. His cherished grandchildren, Rylee Middleton, Maci Middleton, Jodi Middleton, Bonnie Pruett, and Ollie Jay Pruett, will forever remember their beloved 'Pa.' He is also survived by his special nieces, Allyson Lessard and Anna Middleton, and his nephew, Jonathan Middleton, and additional nieces and nephews who loved him.  

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Trinity United Methodist Church, with MinisterTamera Lilly officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery fund at 725 W. Dalton Rd, King, NC 27021.
