Deidre (Jones) Williamson

Deidre Jones Williamson, 60, of King, NC passed away unexpectedly, on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Health Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Mrs. Williamson was born on January 9, 1962, in Greenville, NC, to the late Earl Linwood Jones, and Ann Marie Powell Jones who survives. She was the owner of Williamson Cleaning Service.  Deidre loved gardening, but she found great joy in spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Ann Powell Jones, her beloved husband of thirty-three years, Craig Williamson; her son, Jeffrey Allen Bly II (Hannah Hill Bly); her daughter, Gabrielle Marie Williamson (Edwin Innes Shoaf); four sisters: Debra Carson, Ann Hart Amerson, Tamara Kelly, and Paula Vaughn; and a brother, Linwood Jones.

A gathering of remembrance will be held from 12:00 - 2:00pm on Sunday August 7, 2022 at Slate Funeral Home.
