Delphine (Moore) Pegram

Rural Hall, Delphine Moore Pegram, 80, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020 at her home.

Born in Stokes County, she was the daughter of the late Augustus V. and Delia Westmoreland Moore and was the widow of the late James C. Pegram. She was retired from Winston Salem Convelescent Center.

Left to cherish her memory are her four children Douglas Grubbs, Wanda G. Jones, Sylvia G. Jordon and husband John, and Helen G. Sells and husband Mike. Stepbrother; Wayne Rierson and fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Slate Funeral Home in King, NC with a funeral service to follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Wesley McCarter officiating. Interment will follow at King Memorial Park.
