Donna Elaine (Wadsworth) Gaston

Donna Elaine Gaston, 65, of King, NC passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. 

Mrs. Gaston was born on October 8, 1956, in Nassau County, NY, to the late Merle Charles and Lilliam Catherine Oberbeck Wadsworth. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph John Wadsworth, Douglas Owen Wadsworth, and Scott Thomas Wadsworth, and a sister, Denise Adele Astudillo.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Chris Gaston, three daughters: Lindsay Bloodworth, Krystal Gaston, and Natasha Nier; her son, Shaun Wagner; six grandchildren: Brooklynn Bloodworth, Lucas Bloodworth, Logan Bloodworth, Emmanuel Nier, Kinsley Nier, and Makayla Pendergrass, two sisters: Debbie Pagillo, and Debbie Vannorman; two brothers: Todd Wadsworth, and Greg Wadsworth; and several nieces and nephews who are all loved and cherished.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Slate Funeral Home in King.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, in the Slate Funeral Home Chapel.
