Gerald Theodore Lane

King – Gerald Theodore Lane, 79, of King, NC passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at his home, after an extended illness. 

Mr. Lane was born on January 15, 1942, in Holmes County, FL, to the late Jessie Theodore, and Willie Louise Faught Lane.  He proudly served as a Sergeant, in the United States Marines Corps.  He was a retired manager with Bell Container Division.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Pat Lane; three daughters: Cricket Hughes, Anita Higdon, and Tanya Gakeler (Dan); along with six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at Boyles Chapel Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Garry Adkins Officiating. Military honors provided by the Marine Corps Honor Guard.
