Harry Lee Lawson

Walnut Cove – Harry Lee Lawson, 77, of Walnut Cove, NC passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at his home with his loved ones by his side. 

Harry was born on June 11, 1942, in Stuart, VA to the late Will and Louise Lawson.  He was a member of Faith Baptist Church. 

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his wife of forty-five years, Dianna Bell Hayden Lawson, a daughter, Angela Lawson, sisters: Ruby Gammons and Frances Bullins, and brothers: Thomas, Bobby, Joe, and George Lawson and a grandchild, Charlie Lawson.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Gary Lawson, sisters: Betty Sue Heath, Marylou Heath, Lucy Holder and Nancy Martin, a brother, Bill Lawson, and grandchildren: Randal Lawson, Eben Shelton, Caitlyn Rhodes, and Cassidy Rhodes and thirty nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 17, 2020, at Quaker Gap Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Heath officiating.
