Jean Dorothy (Gordon) Basinger

Jean Gordon Basinger, 93, of King, NC passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at SECU Hospice Home in Yadkinville, NC.

Ms. Basinger was born on November 5, 1928, in PA, to the late John William and Grace Anna Greene Gordon. She was a registered nurse, and after retirement she pursued her passion for traveling.  She was a member of Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church. 

Left to cherish her memory two daughters, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a child.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church.
