Jerry Lee Bourquin

King – Jerry Lee Bourquin, 77, of King, NC, passed away on November 29, 2021, at Universal HealthCare of King.

Mr. Bourquin was born on August 27, 1944, in Canton, OH to the late Raymond and Kathryne Dryden Bourquin. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Bourquin; four brothers: Richard, Donald, James, and John Bourquin; and a half sister, Pamula Humbert.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Karen Nadine Bourquin; four sons: Gerald Bourquin and wife Lisa, Robert Bourquin, Keith Bourquin, Paul Bourquin, and Jerry Bourquin, Jr.; a daughter, Teresa McClean, and husband Rory; two stepdaughters: Karen Miles and husband David Weaver, and Tangie Miles-Stewart; a stepson, William Parrish; and a half brother, Raymond Bourquin.  He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Slate Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held at 3:30 PM, on Friday, December 3, 2021, at Crestview Memorial Park, with Rev. Derek Hinson, Sr. officiating.
