Jerry Franklin Goff

Jerry Franklin Goff, 76, of King, NC, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024, at Forsyth Medical Center. 

Mr. Goff was born in Stokes County, NC, on September 10, 1947, to the late Carter Davis and Hattie Maude Snider Goff. He was the owner of Goff Transportation and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Goff, and a sister, Teresa Jones.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Martha Goff Sawyer, of King, NC; his brother, Rex Goff, of Lewisville, NC; a sister, Esther Marion (Joe), of Lewisville, NC; and a granddaughter, Josie Sockwell, of King, NC.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Duane Corle officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
