King, NC – Jo-Ann Fulk, of King, NC passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Central Continuing Care in Mt. Airy.
Jo-Ann was born on January 15, 1950, to the late C.H. and Beulah Hicks Speas. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She worked as an inspector for Perry Manufacturing and the Industry for the Blind.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Reid Fulk, Sr.; a sister, Virginia Watson; a nephew Jerry Watson; a stepson, Gary Wayne Fulk; and two brothers-in-law: Hayward Watson and Russell Shelton.
Left to cherish her memory are her sisters: Elaine Shelton, and Frances Morrison (Allen); two nephews: Jason Watson (Suzanne), and Bobby Morrison (Karen); two stepsons: Edgar Fulk, Jr. (Robin), and Michael Fulk; her step-grandchildren: Kayla Fulk, and Robert Fulk; a special great-niece, Lily Watson; and a special great nephew, Colt Watson.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Boyles Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gerald Jones officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Boyles Chapel Primitive Baptist Church: 4632 Hwy. 66 S. King, NC 27021.
