Joseph Alfornia Tanks, known to all as Joe, a man defined by his loving nature and generous spirit, passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 73. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Debbie Tanks, who was the light of his life and his partner in all things. A memorial service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at a later date.
