Lester Mabe

King – Lester Mabe, 77, of King, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at his home with his family by his side.

Mr. Mabe was born on May 1, 1944, in Rockingham, County, NC to the late Troy Lester and Mary Elizbeth Hall Mabe.  Lester loved to tinker around and work on projects.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved and devoted wife of thirty-four years, Annie Mabe; two daughters: Terry Jackson, and Teresa Stephens; a son, Timothy Mabe, and wife Cynthia; a sister, Margie Thomas, and husband Burton; seven grandchildren: Kevin, Jason, Jenna, Britni, Austin Ely, Austin Mabe, Mary, and Bailee; and three great grandchildren. Also surviving is a stepson, Ronald Kiser; and a stepdaughter, Leisa Baker, and husband Sam.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 24, 2022, at Boyles Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Eddie Honeycutt officiating.
