Mary Margaret "Margie" (Hodge) Fine

Tobaccoville – Mary Margaret “Margie” Hodge Fine, 86, of Tobaccoville, NC, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Mrs. Fine was born on September 24, 1934 in Bluefield, WV to the late Leo and Elizabeth Bowman Hodge.  Mrs. Fine was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she had served as the treasurer and a Sunday School Teacher; and until retirement she worked as an executive secretary at R. J. Reynolds.  Margie enjoyed camping, traveling and vacationing at Holden Beach.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Don Hodge.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of sixty-five years; C.W. Fine, Jr.; her daughter, Lisa Lloyd and husband Michael; her son, Wil Fine and wife Ginger; four grandchildren: Eric Steelman and wife Heather, Chad Steelman and wife Danielle, Brooke Fine, and Ashlyn Fine; along with two great grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Derrick Hinson officiating.
