Michael Noel Davis

Michael Noel Davis, 61, of King, NC passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at his home. 

Mr. Davis was born on January 5, 1961, in Bluefield, WV, to the late Noel Eugene Rose and Shirley Mitchem (William) who survives.   He proudly served in the US Army. 

Paw Paw Davis loved to play games on the internet, he loved the Pittsburg Steelers, NASCAR, and Dale Earnhardt.  What he loved and cherished most were his kids and grandkids.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny “Pickle” Davis, and his granddaughters, Emory, and Destiny.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Shirley Mitchum (Bill), his daughters: Amanda Davis (Christopher Callahan), and Samantha Davis (Bobby Bennett), and Rachel Duncan; two brothers, Roy Davis (Sheri), and Jimmy Rose; four sisters: Wanda Rose, Joellen Littleton, Gina Luster (Charles), and Tammy Heflin; and his grandchildren: Maleah, Coleston, Ember, Kyler, Brantley, Joshua, and Mason

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 13, 2022, at Slate Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Sizemore officiating.
