Michael Gray Epperson

Michael Gray Epperson, 48, of King, NC passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, August 19, 2023.

Michael was born in Forsyth County, NC on July 24, 1975, to the late Alese King Epperson, and Richard Eugene Epperson who survives. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was employed with RJ Reynolds. Michael enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, He was an avid coffee drinker, and loved a great cup of coffee.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Misty Epperson, his father, Richard Epperson; two sons: Devin Epperson and fiancé Addison, and Conner Epperson; a brother, Richard Daryl Epperson; a sister, Lisa Eperson; and his granddaughter, Charlotte Nicole Epperson.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Slate Funeral Home in King.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Slate Funeral Home with Pastor John White officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Cedar Falls Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
