Mitzi Y. Thomas

Mitzi Y. Thomas, 69, of King, NC passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on Sunday, April 9, 2023.

Miss Thomas was born July 13, 1953, to the late Walter "Winkie" Thomas and Willie Frances Spainhour Thomas. She was a graduate of South Stokes High School. She worked for 20 years as the secretary of King Moravian Church where she was a member. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish her memory is her aunt Christine Spainhour Whicker (Randall), a cousin Vanessa Whicker Flynt (Michael), and two second cousins Matthew and Mitchell Flynt. 

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 15, 2023, in the King Moravian Graveyard (God's Acre) with Rev. Doug Rights officiating.
