On Thursday morning, November 9, 2023, Nancy Jean Moore Newsome, 87, passed away peacefully into Heaven while at her home.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Dexter Newsome; daughter, Joyce Shaw (James); four granddaughters: LaDonna Brown, Jessica Asbury (Jamie), Monica Bartle (Shannon), Carly Maurer (Mike); and her “greats”: Lillie, Lyndsay, Cheslee, Jenna, Jada, Rayann, Emmalee, Brantlee, Leevi, Seraphina, Madison, Jon Michael, Hunter, and Paislee.
She was an amazing Nanny to her family, friends, and everyone she met.
