Nancy Ann Tuttle Stone, 81, of King, NC, peacefully passed away at her home, surrounded by her beloved family, on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Nancy was born on October 21, 1943, in Stokes County, NC, to the late Arch and Lillian Boyles Tuttle. She dedicated her career as an RN for many years with Wake Forest Baptist and LifeBrite Hospitals. She served as a flight nurse on Wake Forest Air Care for 8 years and later earned her master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, where she was active in the WMU. Additionally, she was part of the Sauratown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 60 years, Jack Stone; her daughter, Paige McCall; her sister, Susie Grabs; and her grandson, Andrew McCall.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Mount Olive Baptist Church fellowship hall.
