Pat (Carroll) Williams

King, NC – Pat Williams, 80, of King, NC, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Woltz Hospice in Dobson, NC.  

Pat was born in Stokes County, NC, to the late Cary and Naomi King Carroll, she was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in King, she also served as a Girl Scout Leader for over twenty years and was a member of the Winston Wings Chapter B-2 Motorcycle Association.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Williams, and her sister, and brother-in-law, Dee, and Terry Tuttle.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Randy Williams, and wife Cindy; her daughter, Raye Horton, and partner Chris Allen; her sister, Naomi McCullen; four grandchildren: Ryan Horton and wife Jenny, Tim Horton, Corey Williams, Hanna Parker, and husband Austin; her step grandchildren: Tracy Nunn and husband Matt, John Williams, Jr., and Kaylanmarie Carver; along with seven great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, on Sunday, November 28, 2021at Slate Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Honeycutt and Elder Rodney Marshall officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Youth Fund: 5413 NC Hwy. 66 S. King, NC 27021.
