Phillip Wayne Laws, 63, of King, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Mr. Laws was born on December 14, 1960, in Davidson County, NC, to the late Lawrence and Sarah Freeman Laws. Mr. Laws was a good man with a big heart; he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 45 years, Vickie Burcham Laws; a daughter, Christina Wilson (Dalton); a son, Cameron Laws; three brothers: Steven Laws (Charlene), Allen Laws, and Gary Johnson (Brenda); a sister, Wanda Gentle; six grandchildren: Erin Vestal, Brandon Vestal (Destiny), Haliey Vestal, Jayden Vestal, Myah Laws (Jalani), and Bree Laws; along with six great-grandchildren: Kaidyn Smith, Ryan Vestal, Charles Hinton, Katlin Hinton, Alina Powell, and Connor Vestal. His family's love and care for him was immense, and he will be missed and will never be forgotten by his family or friends.
