Randy Williams Obituary

Randy Lee Williams, 61, of Westfield, NC, passed away on February 7, 2025, at his home with his beloved family by his side.

Randy was born in Forsyth County, NC, on February 22, 1964, to the late Ray J. and Nellie Carroll Williams. He retired as a Staff Sergeant from the United States Army and was a member of Granite City Church in Mount Airy, NC. In recent years, as Randy's health declined, he earned his HAM radio license. He had a deep love for the ocean and enjoyed riding side by side.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Cindy Morton Williams; his children: Hannah Parker (Austin), Corey Williams, Tracy Nunn (Matthew), and John William (KaylanMarie); his sister, Raye Horton (Chris); and his grandchildren: Ariel Harris, Nathaniel Morton, Wesley Nunn, Ivek Williams, and Breelynn Guarro, who are also eagerly anticipating the arrival of Madeline Parker.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Slate Funeral Home on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Slate Funeral Home in King, NC, with Elder Rodney Marshall officiating.
