Rhonda Gay (Jackson) White

Rhonda Gay Jackson White, 65, of Thomasville, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Thomasville Medical Center.

Rhonda was born in Ohio on April 26, 1959, to the late Charlie and Sue Jackson. She was the wife of the late Joseph White, Sr. Rhonda's role as a homemaker was a testament to her nurturing nature. She adored her children and grandchildren, finding joy in cooking for them and spending time outdoors. Rhonda's strong will and independence were evident in her care for her loved ones. She was a member of Bible Revival Ministries.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Sue White, and her son, Jesse Lee White.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Christy White (Johnathan Smith), Joseph White, Jr. (Laura Butcher), Adam White (Rainey), and Amy White; her siblings, Brenda Adkins and Brian Jackson; her grandchildren, Savannah Howell, Tarah McCraw, Tyler White, Emily White, Kabri Eastwood, Khloe Eastwood, Matthew Thomas, Jaxson Vernon, Michael Vernon, Bailey Vernon, Colton Vernon, Aiden White, Riley White, Jesslynn White, and two grandchildren on the way; along with a great-granddaughter, Ariah Neil.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Slate Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Slate Funeral Home Chapel.
