Richard William Young

Richard William Young, 74, of Pinnacle, NC, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Atrium Health, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Young was born in Stokes County, NC, on January 22, 1950, to Ralph and Dorothy Mounce Young.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Molina Leonidas Young; three sons, Wesley Young, Bryan Young, and Richie Young; a daughter, Kris Shaver; four grandchildren, Brooke, Brandon, Samantha, and Ashley; a sister, Brenda Burgin; and a brother, Wayne Young.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Slate Funeral Home in King, NC.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, May 24, 2024, at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown, NC.
