Terry Wayne Shouse

Terry Wayne Shouse (Potun) went home to his loving savior on December 29, 2023. We can only imagine our sweet Nannie’s smile when they were reunited in Heaven.

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Slawter Shouse (Nannie); parents, Duke and Orma Shouse; in-laws, Boots Boles (RW); two sisters, Janet Morgan, and Cheryl Campbell; and brother-in-law, Tim McGee.

He is survived by his two daughters: Kim Shouse, and Marty McKinney (David); five grandchildren: Cory and Terri Salmon; Ashton (Margaret), Taylor and Landon McKinney; two sisters: Sandra Cheek (Seth), and Vera McGee; one brother, Duane Shouse; brothers-in-law, Donnie Campbell, and Johnny Morgan; sister-in-law, Jana Hensley (Jr.); several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The visitation will be at Mount Olive Baptist Church Fellowship Hall Sunday, December 31, 2023, from 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm, and at other times at Terry’s home.

At Terry’s request, there will be no funeral service and the graveside will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Olive Baptist Church Building Fund, 5413 NC Hwy. 66 S. King, NC 27021.
