Vincent Pertoso

Vincent Pertoso,74, of King, NC Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 29, 2023, at his home.

Born in Derby, CT, he was the son of the late Carmen and Demetria Georges Pertoso. He retired from the Aerospace Industry and was currently a consultant and as such he was listed in the Marquis who’s who for outstanding achievement was a veteran, also a Member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Winston Salem, NC where he was a member of the choir. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and loved playing the trumpet.

Left to cherish his memories are his children; Michael Pertoso, Andrea Pertoso, Natalie Pertoso, Emily Pertoso Portanova and husband Matthew and Jason Pertoso and wife Sarah, sister; Kathy Johnson, brother; James Pertoso and his niece Stephanie Pertoso who held a special place in his heart, Grandchildren; Ethan Portanova, Ella Portanova, Abby Pertoso, Nathan Portoso, Bella Pertoso, and Jace Pertoso  also surviving is his best friend, Barbara Ann Reeves.

Mr. Pertoso will lie in state in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Winston Salem on November 1, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm then will be transported to Leesburg, Va for services and interment.
