William Marks Freeman

Winston-Salem – William Marks Freeman, 41, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. 

Mr. Freeman was born on January 14, 1979 in Cabarras County, NC to Cathy Truesdale Spainhour and the late David Mitchell Freeman.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Cathy Truesdale Spainhour (Tony); his sons: Ryan Westley Freeman, and Nicholas James Freeman; sisters: Tonya Freeman, Shannon Freeman, and Cheryl Freeman Kimrey; and a brother, David M. Freeman II.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Slate Funeral Home.  A celebration of life will follow the visitation, beginning at 4:00 PM with David Wilson officiating.
